SOP 6.3 deadlines for this cycle

Scheduled trips come from the City’s schedule and cannot be changed. Enter extra and missed trips per route segment and day, and any other positioning kilometres. Claim trips = scheduled + extra − missed; claim kms = segment length × claim trips. Each week is submitted to the PO (bar above the table) and locked once accepted. Submitting the month sends the accepted weeks and all confirmed data packs to the City PO.

What happens next

City PO receives your claim and prepares the draft invoice (rates, indices, quantities).
You review the draft in My Invoice, adjust if needed, upload your four supporting documents and submit.
PO, SPO, Manager and Finance Manager verify. Any query comes back to your Inbox.
