TAE3 Report Y5 (income and trips). Download 10 days after month-end. Paste the rows or choose the file: route, income, trips (one line per route, comma, semicolon or tab separated). Routes are checked against Route Master; unknown routes and bad numbers are rejected with the row number.

Operations Dashboard, tab Public Transport. Two control totals for the month. Each route’s TAE3 income is scaled so that the routes add up to these totals. If the TAE3 total differs from the control total by more than 5%, the check below fails and the Professional Officer must investigate before the month is published.

Once a year, in July. The latest actual 9m bus maintenance cost for the previous financial year (from Fleet / BP) and bus insurance (from MYFIN). The monthly amounts are the annual amounts divided by 12.
