Every driver on the VOC’s books, with licence and PRDP details, supporting copies and employment status. Expired credentials are highlighted; dismissals are recorded on the driver record.
The invoice bills 120 drivers. Peak duties from the City’s duty schedule × 1.1556 mark-up must equal that number; dismissed and inactive drivers are queried by the PO.
Both the driver’s licence and the Professional Driving Permit (PRDP-P) must be valid for a driver to be rostered, including on events.
Demonstration data is fictitious. In production, ID numbers and mobile numbers are masked for City users and the uploaded licence / PRDP copies are available to authorised City users only.
