Traffic notices received against MyCiTi buses during the month. Each fine is linked to the driver, bus and route; fines marked as contract penalties flow automatically into the Penalties pack.
The driver is chosen from the Driver Master, so dismissed drivers and expired licences are visible at the point of capture. The number and value of fines also appear in the Invoice Report statistics.
City verifies these rows in the Penalties & fines element (steps 5–8). A fine counted as a penalty is deducted from the invoice total under Clause 10.5.4.
